- Returns
At the Doll Shop at BabyCatalog.com, you can return any product that is not listed as a "closeout/sold out edition". Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required. Please read our complete return policy before returning any items. In addition to our Regular Return Policy, a 10% restocking fee applies to the return of any doll or accessory.

- Shipping
At the Doll Shop at BabyCatalog.com, we understand the importance of receiving your doll in a timely manner. Please review our Shipping Policies and Procedures to estimate your shipping schedule. Click here for complete information on shipping policies and procedures. The Doll Shop at BabyCatalog.com offers FREE Ground Shipping on ALL dolls (accessories not included). A Standard Shipping Fee of $5.95 will be applied to all orders (online, via the phone or fax) shipping Ground Service within the Contiguous 48 States where the merchandise total is less than $49.00. Orders shipping to Canada will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International only. Order shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories (such as Guam and Puerto Rico) will be sent via USPS Priority Mail only. Any duties or taxes for Canadian shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by the local postmaster. All USPS shipping charges are estimated and will be adjusted at the time your order is shipped. Please be sure to provide a correct email address on your order. Orders will not be processed or shipped if charges are not approved.
- Re-Seller Policy
The Doll Shop at Babycatalog.com will not knowingly sell to any customer who is purchasing any product for the purpose of auctioning or reselling that product. Many of our manufacturers and suppliers have recently put forth directives that strictly prohibit authorized dealers from selling their products to non-authorized dealers. Others prohibit their products from being listed on auction and/or coupon websites. With several hundred suppliers, Babycatalog.com cannot effectively monitor and comply with all of the individual guidelines pertaining to these issues. By the issuance of the above policy, Babycatalog.com will be in compliance with all its dealer agreements.

The Doll Shop at BabyCatalog.com appreciates our customers and wants to thank you for trusting our site with your doll purchases. That is why we have created the Doll Shop Clubhouse. Join the Clubhouse for FREE and then "climb the steps" to a special reward just for you.

IMPORTANT: Please note that after creating your account you must log in to
your account before making additional doll purchases. If you fail to log in
to your account, doll purchases will not be recorded and credit rewards will
not be adjusted. Doll Clubhouse rewards are not retroactive and cannot be
applied through our customer service phone line or through mail order.
- Make any five (5) doll purchases within 6 months from Adora, Artista, Dolls by Berenguer, Madame Alexander, Marie Osmond, Middleton Dolls, Penny Brite, or Whispering Willow Fairies.
- After your fifth purchase, the Doll Shop will average the purchase price paid for each doll, and you will receive a credit. Credit award equals 10% of your Clubhouse total purchase (excluding any applicable shipping fee).
- You will be notified of your Clubhouse credit by email and can purchase any doll from the above collections within the next 30 calendar days. Doll Shop Reward Credit applies to the purchase of 1 (one) doll only of equal or lesser value. If a doll of lesser value is purchased, the remaining credit balance will be lost. Doll Shop Credit Rewards expire after 30 days.
- Once you've purchased your 6th doll with your credit, you can start earning towards a new Clubhouse reward at any time by purchasing a new doll!
- You will also receive notice of special Doll Shop sales, releases and other exciting news by email.

Doll Shop Clubhouse credit is non-redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be used as a Gift Certificate. Rewards are exclusive per account and cannot be added or merged to a different account. To ensure proper reward notification, please use the "same email address" that was used when creating your clubhouse account. Doll Clubhouse rewards are subject to change without notice. BabyCatalog.com reserves the right to terminate any Doll Clubhouse account that does not comply with the stated rules and regulations. If a reward item or doll is returned, the rewarded amount may be deducted from your refund amount. Doll rewards must be used on a separate order and cannot be combined with any other item(s).
Clubhouse rewards will only be recorded in your account for online orders. Clubhouse accounts cannot be adjusted offline. Dolls purchased through our customer service phone line will not be credited towards your Clubhouse Reward status.
